2. Our Services

Plenariglw provides premium event planning and experience design services in Finland, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, and curated luxury experiences. Service scope, pricing, and terms are agreed upon individually for each project.

3. Bookings and Contracts

Event bookings are confirmed upon signing a separate event contract and receipt of the agreed deposit. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to applicable VAT.
  • Payment terms are specified in individual event contracts.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
  • Final payment is due as specified in your contract, typically 14 days before the event.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 90 days before the event: deposit forfeited.
  • Cancellations 30–90 days before: 50% of total fee due.
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before: full fee due.
  • Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Plenariglw and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:
